Fugitive arrested in Enterprise

Enterprise police arrested a fugitive from Virginia wanted for involuntary manslaughter resulting from a DUI and wanted for failure to appear.

Prince William County Police Department notified Enterprise late Tuesday afternoon that a fugitive from justice may be living in Enterprise.

Police found Devon Marshall Thomas, 22, living at Camelot Villa and arrested Thomas, who was wanted in Virginia on charges of involuntary manslaughter resulting from a DUI and on a failure to appear warrant.

Thomas was arrested and transported to the Coffee County Jail where he awaits extradiction.
