Mr. and Mrs. Jere E. Bowen, III of Jackson, Tenn. are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Carol Ann to Thomas Dale Winborn Jr., son of Mrs. Janice Minton Rudder and the late H. Hughes Rudder and Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Dale Winborn Sr. of Gadsden, Ala.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. C.W. Hardy and the late Mr. and Mrs. Jere E. Bowen, Sr.
She is a 2003 graduate of The Baptist College of Florida, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education; and a 2007 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where she received a Master of Arts degree in Christian Education. She is Minister of Preschool and Children at First Baptist church of Enterprise.
The prospective groom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Daniel Minton, Sr., the late Mr. and Mrs. Lucas W. Lee and the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles E. Winborn, Sr.
He is a 1994 graduate of Southside High School; a 2001 graduate of Jacksonville State University where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance and a 2005 graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary where he received a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. He is the Minister of Students and College at First Baptist Church of Enterprise.
The wedding will be Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 2 p.m. at Highland Park Church, Jackson. Tenn.
Family and friends are invited to attend.
