Three men arrested on first-degree arson charges

Two Enterprise men and an Ozark man were arrested and charged with first-degree arson and other offenses when Enterprise police stopped them on Main Street.
According to reports, Kenneth Terrell Britt, 22, of Jeffrey Court, Ozark, Willie Baldwin, 20, of Bell Street in Enterprise and Tevaris Hooks, 20, of Price Street, Enterprise, were arrested and charged with arson. Hooks and Britt were also charged with receiving stolen property.
Hooks was released from the Coffee County Jail on a $60,000 bond for the arson charge and $15,000 bond for the receiving stolen property charge. Britt received a $66,000 bond on both charges. Baldwin also was charged with probation violation on Friday and remains in jail.
In other arrests, LeRoy Cole Jr., 42, of Highway 87 South, was charged with violation of the community notification act while living in a residence with a minor. Cole is a convicted sex offender.
Bryan Deon McGee, 24, of Mill Avenue in Enterprise, was arrested and charged by Enterprise Police with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, third-degree domestic violence, harassment and resisting arrest. McGee remains in the Coffee County Jail on bonds totaling $143,000.
In other arrests, William Conway Oggs, 31, of Newton Street, Elba, was arrested by Coffee County Sheriff’s Department officers on a charge of first-degree criminal mischief.
Fred Lee Martin, 56, of County Road 664, Coffee Springs, was arrested on a charge of first-degree possession of marijuana.
Natalie Nicole Boswell, 27, no residence listed, remains in the Coffee County Jail on three counts of receiving stolen property, third-degree, second-degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William Jakory Burks, 22, of Kendrick Ave., Elba, is being held in the Coffee County Jail after being transported from Easterling State Prison in Clio.
Burks faces grand jury indictments on two counts of first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sodomy. Burks was placed on a $240,000 bond. Burks will appear before Circuit Judge Jeff Kelley Monday, Aug. 10, at 9 a.m.
