An Enterprise man was killed in a one-vehicle accident Sunday.

Christopher Wayne Whittaker, 36, of Enterprise was fatally injured Sunday at approximately 2:20 p.m., according to the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

Whittaker was killed in a vehicle crash occurring five miles south of Level Plains on County Road 1 in Dale County. According to State Trooper reports, Whittaker was traveling in a 1999 Chevrolet truck when the crash occurred.
