Preliminary hearing under way for Army sergeant facing 36 child porn charges
A preliminary hearing for a Fort Rucker Army sergeant charged with 36 counts of child pornography began Monday with a Coffee County law enforcement officer testifying about the discovery of computer equipment containing child pornography at the soldier’s New Brockton residence.
