Michael and Rebecca Everett announce the engagement of their daughter, Abbigail Everett of Anniston, Ala. to Jerrod McCabe, son of Janice McCabe of Anniston and Don McCabe of Chipley, Fla.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Charles and Betty Everett of Anniston and Ruby Murphy of Oxford, Ala.
Miss Everett is a graduate of Oxford High School, Oxford and Judson College in Marion, Ala. and recently received her Masters Degree in Christian Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.
She is employed with Community Canvass of Anniston.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of the late Eldora and Titus Cullifer, formerly of Geneva.
Mr. McCabe is a graduate of Enterprise High School, Enterprise, and William Carey University in Hattiesburg, Miss. He is attending Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, N.C., pursuing a masters degree in divinity, and is employed by Maxim Health Services.
The wedding will be Saturday, July 4, 2009, at 3 p.m. at Parker Memorial Baptist Church, Anniston, Ala.
A reception will follow at the church.
